If you were a Midwest Brewers Fest volunteer this past year you are probably aware that you are eligible to vote for candidates to be elected to the MWBF Board of Directors. Of the five positions on the board, two of them are held by PALE members Kevin Herbst and Ken McMullen. The other three are open and to be filled via election this coming Wednesday (December 12) 7:15pm at Plainfield Village Hall (24401 W. Lockport Street, Plainfield IL 60544 – across from Tap House Grill).
We strongly encourage you to support our fellow PALE members at this election. The only way to do this is to attend and vote for them. So if at all possible, please show up and vote!
As we have discussed multiple times over the past months, this is PALE’s fest to a great degree. We have had the greatest investment in the fest (in terms of shear people power) out any organization since its inception. If we are to be effective in our efforts to direct the fest, it’s crucial that we have as many PALE members on the MWBF Board as possible.The following people are running for the three vacant seats:

The meeting will start at 7:15 with speeches to begin around 7:30. We hope to adjourn to Tap House Grill for a post-election beer between 8:30 and 8:45.
